The plantation major, Goodricke, which has recently decided to shift its focus on revenue generation by opening full-scale tea lounges, branded as Tea Pot, is going to launch three big outlets in India. Currently, the company is operating three such lounges, including Margaret’s Deck at Kurseong, Kolkata. Goodricke Group, the Indian outfit of the world’s largest private tea producer Camellia Plc of the UK, is planning to unveil at least two tea lounges a year across the country. Goodricke’s outlet expansion plan is a good sign for the signage companies whose activities engage in in-store branding and graphic projects.
