Foodhall, a coffee roastery an all-day Italian restaurant, is planning to open its flagship outlet at Bandra in Mumbai in the first week of December. The new store is spread over 25,000 sq ft, taking over an entire building on Linking Road in Bandra, Mumbai. A food lovers’ delight, the space offers ingredients (of course), but also has a cooking studio on level two, for which the brand has tied up with the Bengaluru-based culinary academy, Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts. Emergence of such high-end store is a new business opportunity for the signage companies engaging in in-store graphics, designs and such other tasks.
