Educational conference at FESPA China 2015 will have a special focus on textile. To be organized from October 21-23, 2015 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Shanghai, the expo will enable visitors to hear from internationally-renowned speakers sharing valuable tips, tricks and case study examples in both English and Chinese. Hosted in conjunction with the China Screen Printing & Graphic Imaging Association (CSGIA), the educational conference will take place on October 22. Seminars will cover various topics including the growth of digital textile and screen printing across Asia.
The sessions at the conference will include: Advanced Textile Print Engineering and Sample Development, hosted by Mark Gervais, Ningbo Shenzhou Knitting Co. Ltd; Special Effects for Textile Printing using Environmentally-friendly Water Based Inks, by Li Jinchao, Southtec Fine Chemical; and Squeegee Innovations from a Polyurethane Manufacturer, presented by William Barker, Watts Polyurethane. Visitors can also hear from screen printing expert Charlie Taublieb, who will discuss Four Colour Process Printing. Charlie will also host daily workshops, providing visitors with the opportunity for a hands-on experience to master screen printing techniques and special effects.
