Danish luxury furniture maker BoConcept has forayed into the Indian market by opening its first store in Delhi and plans to have eight stores across leading metros over the next five years. BoConcept, which entered India through its franchise Zoe Concepts, has opened its first store in New Delhi and is planning to have two stores in Mumbai and Bengaluru by 2017. According to a source from the company, BoConcept is planning to open a flagship store in Mumbai by February 2017. With the surfacing of such high-end stores in the Indian retail segment, signage companies may get utter opportunities for in-store design and branding projects.
