Leading imaging company Canon India aims to triple its business to Rs 4,500 crore in four years by opening 300 exclusive outlets, many of them in Tier-III and Tier IV cities. The company is planning to close this year at Rs 1,600 crore. And by 2015, it has been hoping that it would take this to Rs 4,500 crore. In the process, Canon India will be increasing its exclusive retail brand stores from 95 by the end of this year to 300. Indeed a big boost, such a mega expansion plan of the imaging major will help signage companies find new high in their business of in-shop branding, in-store displays, POP, etc.
