Croatian company Azon announces the introduction of Mirage—an ideal solution for high volume, 600×800 mm format printing requirements. This newly introduced textile printer allows printing on a wide range of materials such as silk, cotton, polyester, etc. T-shirts, sleeves, jeans, caps, aprons, sheets, dresses, and cloth panels are just some of finished garments which users can print with. The advanced, fully automated system enables long-run production on a wide range of textile applications and finished garments. Two specially designed dual platens with dimensions 300x500mm for printing on different colour of garment and different samples are increasing the productivity and profitability of this machine. They are easily changeable so users can replace them with wider table easy and safe.
Up to a maximum resolution of 1440dpi, Azon can perform with fixation of the inks to the garment is done by pressing the printed garment to the heat press. Time and temperature depends on whether the garment is printed with white ink. For the garment printed only with colour layer average time/temperature is 25 sec/180°C, while for colour and white layers estimated time/temperature is 90 sec/160°C. With fixation time twice as less as ever before, Azon runs multiple garment production prints highly durable and washable garment without colour fading.
