Samsung announces its plan to capture a larger share of the consumer segment for IT products like laptops and printers as it expands its retail presence across the country to over 1,000 outlets. The company’s focus has made for India expansion in addition to its existing retail footprints in about 700 Plazas, IT exclusive stores and presence across large formats retail stores and multi-brand stores. The new boost in the figure to attain 1,000 would probably be achieved by the end of 2012. Such big boost in the retail domain of Samsung will bring in a fresh business opportunity for the signage companies involving in in-store/in-shop display jobs and other related activities.
