Shoppers Stop is expanding its footprint across the country and plans to launch 24 new company-owned outlets in metros and tier-II cities over the next three years (by 2015). India is growing rapidly with a taste for a wide assortment of good brands ranging across apparel, cosmetics, perfumes, artificial and fine jewellery, handbags, footwear, personal accessories such as sunglasses and watches, and kids wear. The company wants to aggressively tap this growing clientele across the country. The increasing presence of the footprints of Shoppers Stop will be an added advantage for the signage companies dealing in in-shop displays, fabrications, branding and other activities in the sector.
