CottonKing, Pune-based clothing manufacturer, is expanding its presence across five states – Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and Karnataka, in a bid to firm up its presence across the country, after a record turnover of Rs 36 crore in the last fiscal. CottonKing has two brands, Regalia and Royale, in the mid to premium segment of men’s wear. It plans to enter the women and kid segment in the future. With the market for readymade garments growing at 50 percent year-on-year even in Tier-II and Tier-III cities, the company plans to open 70 stores by the year end. This will indeed be an added opportunity for the signage companies dealing in in-shop signs and displays.
