Subway restaurant chain, known as the international purveyor of healthier alternatives to traditional unhealthy fast food, is celebrating this week, has opened its 200th submarine sandwich restaurant in India. The company’s goal is to have 530 stores open by 2015. The internationally renowned submarine sandwich chain has worked closely with local chefs to ensure a good balance of vegetarian and non-veg on its menu. Signage players including PSPs, fabricators, sign suppliers, dealing with in-shop displays, would find new acceleration in their business with the expansion of the restaurant chain.
