Blue Foods Pvt Ltd, which operates different restaurant formats across the country, recently opened Spaghetti Kitchen and coffee chain The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) at Forum Mall, Kolkata. The company now has eight Spaghetti Kitchen and 13 CBTL outlets across India. Expansion of both formats has been planned in Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune and other tier I and II cities in the next 6-9 months. Such major expansion of the eating outlet chain is an added opportunity for new business for the signage companies dealing in in-shop signage and other displays in retail sector.
