Converse has expanded its retail presence in India with the launch of a new store in Kolkata. The brand’s new flagship store is located at South City Mall in the City of Joy. The store has been opened in partnership with Bhaane Group and it marks the brand’s latest addition to its growing retail network in the country. Marking the landmark opening, actor Khushi Kapoor, who is the Converse India ambassador, visited the store and interacted with local creators and consumers. The new outlet offers Converse’s range of products, including its classic footwear styles, apparel and accessories. The company said the store has been designed as an experiential retail space, allowing customers to engage with the brand and its products in a dedicated environment.
