Expanding the product showcase of printing technologies beyond traditional applications, Messe Frankfurt India is set to introduce a new segment for Industrial screen-printing technology at the 2023 editions of Media Expo. Screen printing continues to be one of the most effective techniques for creating art, prints and designs in multiple industries – be it retail, automotive, electronics or textiles. It’s efficacy to print on almost any kind of surface, be it cloth or fabrics, paper or plastics, glass, wood, leather makes it one of the most versatile technologies that can be used for both textiles as well as industrial applications.

“Back in 2017, when we acquired Screen Print India, our strategy was to expand and enhance the offerings we provide to our customers and partners in the printing and textile sectors,” said Raj Manek, Executive Director & Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd. With an aim to create a more targeted platform catering to the respective textile and industrial buying groups, the organisers have decided to split the brand Screen Print India into two focused segments of “Screen Print India – Textiles” & “Screen Print India – Industrial”. While Screen Print India – Textiles will continue to take place alongside Gartex Texprocess India catering to the textile value chain, Screen Print India – Industrial will be introduced as a segment under the renowned fair Media Expo targeting print businesses.
