H&M identifies four new cities in India for retail expansion

Swedish fashion retailer H&M will open stores in India, entering into four new cities—Nagpur, Kochi, Jalandhar, and Dehradun. The new stores are set to open at TMS Prestige in Kochi, Trillium Mall in Nagpur, Pinnacle Plaza in Dehradun and Jalandhar’s Model Town. H&M currently operates 42 stores across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Amritsar, Indore, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Mohali, Mysore, Ahmedabad. The new stores will be of more than 65,000 sq ft and it will sell clothing and accessories for women, men, teenagers and kids. HM’s new strategy for new stores in four new cities will bring new business opportunity for the signage companies engaging in in-store signage projects.
