Mumuso, a leading Korean retail brand which had entered the Indian market in 2018 with its stores in Kolkata and Mumbai, is planning to expand into other metros and tier II cities as it is banking on range of affordable products. The company is planning to add more than 300 outlets in India by mid-2022. The new stores are expected to open in cities such as Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Goa, Jaipur, Indore and Surat. As part of its expansion, Mumuso would have a blend of both the company-owned and franchise stores. This outlet expansion plan of Mumuso is a new business opportunity for those signage companies having the knack of handling in-store signage, graphic and branding projects.
