Mother Dairy recently forayed into the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment with the launch of its first cafe in Noida Sector 1 named ‘Cafe Delights’, which serves holistic food options and delicacies from across the country. Such initiatives also imply the relevance of farmers and their contribution in the overall food chain, which can never be replaced. Now going ahead, the company is planning to open around 60 such outlets in Delhi-NCR over the next 12 months. Mother Dairy’s plan to open more ‘Cafe Delights’ is a new business opportunity for signage players who handle branding and graphic projects for such cafes.
