ASLAN is a 70 years old company, which is internationally expanding. The company produces niche products of consistently high quality. This acquisition of ASLAN by POLI-TAPE will secure the long-term future of this growing and successful enterprise.
After the acquisition, the ‘ASLAN’ brand will remain the same. The company’s Overath-Untereschbach site will also be maintained and all employees will be retained, enduring high-quality personal service that customers have always known will be upheld. Nothing will change for the market or for the ASLAN customers, regarding existing business relationships and responsibilities. However, the name of the new company will be ‘ASLAN Selbstklebefolien GmbH’.
