Zünd at ITMA 2019 (June 20-26 in Barcelona, Spain) features its Over Cutter Camera (OCC), an advanced optical system that cut patterned and digitally printed fabrics. OCC is an intelligent optics system for fully automated digital capture of registration marks. The camera is mounted above the center of the cutter, either on a support frame or suspended from the ceiling. It captures all register marks within the working area of the cutting system in a single image — automatically and in a matter of seconds. In textile printing, with the OCC and its advanced optical system, cutting patterned and digitally printed fabrics is just as precise and easy as cutting non-printed or solid-coloured textiles. The OCC captures all register marks at once.
