Foster has announced the immediate availability of Foster On-a-Roll Lifter Universal, the latest in the comprehensive Foster line of material handling equipment, specially designed for AGFA Graphics printers, viz. Anapurna, Mira, Tauro, and Titan printers. In addition to the AGFA Graphics printers, the lifter is compatible to use for roll-to-roll flatbed cutters such as those offered by Zund and Esko Kongsberg. With the lifting device, printer operators can quickly and safely maneuver rolls as heavy as 300 kg and as wide as 16 feet, 5 inches. The Foster On-a-Roll Lifter Universal can be quickly reconfigured by the operator, corresponding to the exact internal geometry of many individual printers. This is particularly useful for PSPs using multiple brands and models of printers.
