Drytac has announced the immediate availability of Polar Carpet film for indoor floor graphic applications. This newly launched floor graphic film from the company is a 4 mil (100µ) printable matte white monomeric PVC material with high tack yet removable acrylic adhesive, backed by a siliconised bleached Kraft paper, and is ideal for short-term indoor floor graphic advertising. Polar Carpet is recommended for use with Drytac’s slip-certified laminating films – including Interlam Pro Emerytex and Protac ScuffGuard – to provide fully-approved slip resistance. It is compatible with (eco) solvent, UV and latex printers. According to a source from the company, Polar Carpet has been developed to allow users to create sticky graphics for flooring applications. It easily adheres to short-pile carpets and is therefore ideal for tradeshows, POP, and the retail environment – such as furniture stores. It can also be removed leaving no residue.
