Marks & Spencer to add 10 new stores in India every year

Regardless of major global strategic overhaul, Marks & Spencer (M&S) has reaffirmed its commitment to growing its joint venture business with Reliance Retail in India, and announced to continue opening 10 new stores annually. The company has also planned to grow its online reach across the country via fashion platforms Myntra and AJIO here, according to a source from the company. At present, M&S has 58 outlets across 27 cities in India, the largest outside the UK. M&S’s new store expansion move is a new business prospect for the signage companies whose activities revolve around in-shop branding and graphic jobs.
