Burger King opened 10 restaurants in 2014, and added another 38 in 2015, and adding 40 more this year. This gradual outlet expansion move of the company will bring fresh business opportunities to signage companies whose activities involve in in-shop designs, displays and such related tasks. A late entrant to India’s fast food market, the company is looking to position itself as a leading quick service restaurant brand and is likely to add 35-40 outlets this year across the country. It entered India in November 2014, as against its rivals, such as McDonald’s that forayed in the country in 1996.
