Lite Bite Foods, which owns restaurant brands Punjab Grill, Zambar and Asia Seven, is launching a new restaurant called Punjab Grill all across the country. The first outlet is slated to open in Gurgaon next month, followed by another in Delhi. According to a source from the company, Lite Bite Foods is now planning to take the brand to key metros in the first phase. The company plans to invest about Rs 30 crore through internal accruals in expanding the Punjab Grill brand. Such outlet expansion move of the company is indeed an added opportunity for the signage companies whose activities involve in in-shop branding and display projects. With several casual dining and quick service restaurant brands, Lite Bite Foods currently runs about 120 outlets across the country.
