Amalgam Group’s Amalgam Frozen Foods is setting up frozen food convenience stores under the brand name Buffet in all the major cities of India. The objective of such a store is to provide frozen food without deterioration of quality through temperature fluctuations. The very essence of frozen food is temperature management. A frozen food distribution storage network will back the convenience stores. The frozen convenience stores will deliver over 100 different ‘Buffet’ products direct from Amalgam’s frozen food factories to consumer’s doorstep under minus 20 C temperature conditions. New store plan of Amalgam Frozen Foods will give signage companies a new business opportunity to tap in-store branding, design and graphic projects.
