Eyeing a sales growth of 35 percent, fashion brand Max is lining up Rs 100 crore to open 50 stores across the country this fiscal. The company is focusing on the top 50-60 cities in India to open the stores. And they are targeting about 35 percent increase in turnover at Rs 2,400 crore of the year, according to a source from the company. Dubai-based Landmark Group promoted the company currently operating 145 stores in the country. Kids wear contributes 25 percent to Max Fashions’ turnover while womenswear and menswear 40 percent and 28 percent, respectively. When the Max Fashion gears up for the big expansion, what signage players can tap is the new projects on in-store displays, designs and branding jobs.
