Ducati, Italian superbike brand, has just opened a new dealership at Pune making this the fifth city after Gurgaon, Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru where it has a presence. The company plans to add two more dealerships this year to expand its network in India to seven outlets. Ducati launched its operations in India in last March, and operates in five motorcycle segments in which it is present internationally. Globally, it has three manufacturing plants in Italy, Brazil and Thailand and most of the bikes for the Indian market are imported from Thailand. Moreover, Ducati’s dealer network expansion plan will bring in fresh business opportunity for the signage companies dealing in in-store branding and graphic design projects.
