Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) is now planning to come out its retail own outlets soon. According to a source from the company, the board of the company has given the approval for the opening of 122 retail outlets, in which the locations and strategies of the first set of the outlets will be announced soon. In the first phase, the company is likely to open 50-60 retail outlets. Initially the company will restrict its outlets in Karnataka, northern Kerala and Goa, they will go along can expand them to other states as well. In this, signage companies will have a big role in branding, in-store fabrication, designs, displays, etc for the newly unveiling MRPL outlets.
