Swedish fashion retailer Hennes and Mauritz AB (H&M) is entering Bengaluru with a 30,000 sq ft outlet in an upcoming mall in Whitefield. The proposed store will be third after Delhi. The first store of H&M will be spread across 25,000 sq ft in two floors at Select city walk mall in Saket, another is being planned at Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj by the end of 2015. The outlet in Bengaluru will be located at VR Bengaluru, which is one of the flagship developments of Virtuous Retail, India’s largest institutionally owned developer-operator of lifestyle shopping centers. Such fresh development in the retail domain will be an added business advantage for signage players whose activities exclusively involve in in-shop branding, displays and related jobs.
