Targeting the growth in manufacturing applications, XAAR has recently appointed Keith Smith to the new role of director of advanced manufacturing. Smith, who is based in the US and reports directly to XAAR CEO Doug Edwards, is responsible for identifying and developing strategic advanced manufacturing opportunities and partnerships outside XAAR’s established markets. He joins XAAR from Chinese touch sensor manufacturer Token ITO, and has 16 years’ experience in direct and channel sales management and selling B2B solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
