XAAR announces the appointment of Margaret Rice-Jones as non-executive director. Following the retirement of David Cheesman in May 2015, the company has appointed Margaret Rice-Jones for post w.e.f 01 August 2015. Margaret has extensive experience of managing complex international technology businesses, with more than 25 years in senior leadership positions, including CEO of a $100 million turnover business and responsibility for a $1.25 billion turnover business as a vice president at Motorola. She has also had direct responsibility for operations and customer relationships in Asia, EMEA and North America and has led acquisitive growth strategies within multiple businesses.
