Reflecting its values in a constantly changing world, Mactac has changed its corporate logo. For over the last 50 years, the company has built its reputation on innovative, reliable products that are appreciated for their performance in a wide range of applications. The logo is the visual representation of the company and its values and also has to convey its ability to adapt to market evolution. The logo is built around a circular icon that symbolises a ribbon of self‐ adhesive embracing a world in constant motion. The colours of the old logo have been lightened creating a warmer and friendlier feel. The font is unique, bold and strong yet with smooth, round letter edges suggesting a caring company image. The opening of the letter ‘C’ has been turned up indicative of Mactac’s focus toward the future. It also symbolises the coaters on Mactac’s production lines by evoking a rotary wrapping motion and rolls of pressure sensitive adhesive.
