AGFA Graphics announced the launch of its two new Jeti Tauro systems globally during the recent ISA expo held in Las Vegas. The company put up both the printers on displays during the show, giving emphasis on the importance of workflow and thus its popular Asanti 2.0. Both printers are engineered for the higher-end segment of the sign & display market where high-productivity and high-quality outputs are required or demanded. The hybrid Jeti Tauro system offers optional semi or full media load /unload automation and it can run up to 2.5 m rolls or rigid material completely operated from Asanti workflow software.
The second printer Jeti Mira is a true flatbed printer, ruggedly built and available in two table versions: 2.7×1.6m and 2.7 x3.2m sizes. The moving-gantry architecture is specifically designed to offer optimal flexibility and high-quality output on a variety of different media. To reduce vacuum masking, the split vacuum table features six vacuum zones with automatic and independent control of the front and back vacuum zones. The ‘Print and Prepare’ feature makes the Jeti Mira unique for printing on both small objects or larger boards sizes.
