Two new Durst Rhotex printers debuted

Durst unpacked two of its high-end industrial printers, comprising dye sublimation ‘soft signage’ printer, a 72-inch Rhotex 180 TR and P10 250HS. Main approach of the company with the introduction of Rhotex 180 TR is to provide high quality graphic prints on sportswear, home textiles, POP displays and a variety of other fabric/textile output for which a width up to six feet is sufficient. Rhotex 180 TR is the third and latest component of our leading Rhotex soft-signage platform, and it is the company’s first foray into transfer printing.

On the other side, Rho P10 250HS UV inkjet digital flatbed printer is the most versatile and productive 10-picoliter hybrid printer on the market. It features Durst’s Quadro Array 10M Variodrop printheads with a very high nozzle count. They produce an unrivalled ‘fine art’ print quality at a resolution of up to 1,000 dpi from a printer capable of running at output speeds of more than 4,000 sq ft /hr. A true hybrid printer, Rho P10 250HS delivers consistent, high-quality results on both rigid and roll media – with minimal time and effort required to switch substrates.
