Nissan Motor India plans to increase its dealership network in the Northeast by three to four times within next two years as part of its strategy to have 300 outlets across the country in the next 2-3 years. The company is expanding its network very aggressively across the country. They have the plan to take the number of outlets to 300 touch points from 175 at present. The company, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan’s Nissan Motor Company, is looking to expand in all locations. As part of this strategic move, the company is now set to increase footprints in Northeast region and this is an added advantage for signage players to tap new projects across the region.
