Wild Group International, one of the leading provider vinyl boat wrapping services in the UK, announces their mission to conduct the largest yacht wrap ever using Farben foils and films. Wrapping of the 68 m long Motoryacht AVIVA, 68m will take place on the New Year eve. A team of Wild Group installers will be flying out to Miami where the project is expected to be completed in approximately three weeks. Färben foils and films offer a superior finish to what is currently on the market. Team Wild Group International is now excited to be working on this project and hope it will give confidence to other captains and owners to come forward and discover the benefits of using Färben products in wrapping.
Aviva (formerly Aviva III) is a 68m motoryacht custom built in 2007 by German shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen and refitted in 2012 by Palumbo Superyachts Refit. The yacht has a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure with a beam of 12.3m (40’4″ft) and is now at the Miami-based yard waiting for a team of Wild Group installers. The specific marine foils to be used for the wrapping have been colour matched to Awlgrip battle ship grey by Färben Foils who are currently working with Wild Group to develop tougher, stronger and glossier films and foils for the marine market.
