Kerala CM Oommen Chandy has laid the foundation stone for ‘Mall of Travancore’, claimed to be a shopping mall of global standards promoted by Malabar Developers, the property development division of the Malabar Group. To be located adjacent to the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport and Technopark, the mall will feature more than 200 outlets dealing in global brands over six lakh sq ft of shopping space. Luxury villas, townships and shopping malls figure in the expansion plans of Malabar Developers. Launch of such mall will be an added business advantage for the signage companies dealing in in-shop displays, branding, graphics and so on.
