French luxury brand Lacoste plans to double the number of retail outlets in the country over the next four years. Currently, there are 41 Lacoste outlets in India, of which 29 are exclusive boutiques and the rest shop-in-shop stores in Lifestyleand Shoppers StopBSE -0.84 percent. Lacoste, which started its journey in India from 1993, has its manufacturing outlet at Noida. Such big expansion move of the Lacoste will bring in a fresh business opportunity which signage players around the region would able to get new boost in jobs in in-shop displays, designs and the related activities.
