US-based Starbucks entered the domestic market last October tying up with TATA and currently operates 22 stores across Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Pune. And TATA Starbucks is a 50:50 joint venture between Starbucks Coffee Company and Tata Global Beverages and had opened its first store at the tony Horniman Circle area of south Mumbai last year and added two new ones at Bandra and Juhu. Surging of such high-end outlets in the region is an added business opportunity for the signage players dealing in in-shop displays, designs, branding, etc.
