Two of SGIA leaders – Johnny Shell, vice president of technical services and Marci Kinter, vice president of government & business information were the guests at ‘2 Regular Guys’- a weekly garment industry podcast hosted by Terry Combs and Aaron Montgomery. Earlier this month, Johnny Shell called 2 Regular Guys to chat about the ins and outs of the garment decorating industry, and what SGIA is doing to support the community. The new SGIA.org/garment is tailored specifically to the garment decorator, a hub of relevant resources, all in one place. In addition to the website and other valuable member benefits, the SGIA Journal will publish four Garment Editions for 2014.
The weekly podcast is hosted by Terry Combs and Aaron Montgomery. Combs is a direct-to-garment printing expert with more than 30 years of experience. He teaches entry-level and specialty garment decorating classes at Equipment Zone. Montgomery is director of sales and marketing for Coastal Business Supplies, and his articles on garment decoration appear regularly in industry publications.
